This program is designed to prioritize your dreams and aspirations while achieving a balanced personal and professional life. It consists of three main phases: Self-Discovery, Goal Setting, and Action Execution.

I will guide you through the workshop. Giving you tools and Techniques and resources to excel your learning.

Here is an outline of the Program over the two days.

Facility and Refreshments are provided.

Starts- 9.30 am - 3.30pm

Duration: 2 Day’s

Day 1

Objectives:

  • Identify your core values, passions, and aspirations.

  • Assess current obstacles and challenges.

Activities:

  1. Values Assessment:

    • List your top 5 values.

    • Reflect on how these values align with your current life.

  2. Passion Exploration:

    • Write down activities that make you feel energized.

    • Explore new interests or revisit old ones that you’ve neglected.

  3. Obstacles Identification:

    • Journal about current challenges.

    • Rank them based on their impact on your personal and professional life.

  4. Guided Reflection:

    • Spend 15 minutes daily visualizing your ideal life.

    • Create a vision board that includes images, quotes, and aspirations.

Day 2.

  • Create SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals.

  • Prioritize these goals in alignment with your personal and professional life.

Activities:

  1. SMART Goals Creation:

    • Define 2-3 personal goals and 2-3 professional goals.

    • Ensure they align with your core values and passions.

  2. Goal Prioritization:

    • Use a priority matrix to categorize goals based on urgency and importance.

    • Select the most impactful goals to focus on first.

  3. Actionable Steps:

    • Break down each goal into smaller, actionable tasks.
