Share a thought: “What makes me feel alive?”
Reflection Prompt:
“If I could change one thing in the world, what would it be—and why?”
Session 2: Think with Intention
Objective: Build awareness of thoughts and how they shape choices.
Activities:
“Thought Detective”: Spot limiting vs empowering beliefs
“Flip the Script”: Reframe negative self-talk
“Mindset Match”: Explore growth vs fixed mindset through real-life scenarios
